Description

it's need to add start parameter --debug for webserver.py
all files should be changed in that way,
so that console output shows what happens after changing the src
but program can run without that output too

There will be a config entry which defines the log level. I think, this would make the parameter redundant or just a nice feature. I moved this ticket to be done sometime later.
